What is a Kleta store?
We like to define it as our physical establishment where you can come to test, pick up or repair your urban or electric biciKleta. You can also get advice on any questions you may have or choose and test the right accessories for you.
In our bike stores, you can decide whether to buy your ideal urban bike or start a monthly subscription process (mechanical or electric) to pedal through the streets of your city in a faster and more sustainable way.
What is a Kleta point?
Unlike our stores, a Kleta point is an establishment of our network of workshops in Spain where you can go to pick up your bike, repair it or request a maintenance as many times as you want at no additional cost.
In case you have made an online purchase of some of our reconditioned electric bikes or you have subscribed to one of our monthly plans, you can choose your nearest Kleta point to pick up your bike there, we will bring it to you wherever you are!
